Gennifer Dusold

BIO

Gennifer is the General Manager of Brighton Music Center, a local music retailer with two prominent locations in Western Pennsylvania. She actively oversees daily operations and drives business development through marketing, strategic initiatives, and customer engagement. Her leadership has played a key role in the company’s growth, contributing to successful campaigns and expanding the store's reach within the community.

Gennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NAMM Young Professionals, where she contributes to both the Marketing and Education committees, sharing her expertise to support the development of younger members in the industry. She is also an active member of Women of NAMM, reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusivity and building community within the music industry. Since 2013, she has also been with the George N. Parks Drum Major Academy as an instructional staff as well as the staff manager for multiple locations across the country.

Gennifer marched cymbals in Blackhawk High School Indoor Percussion and Three Rivers Indoor Percussion in WGI Independent Open Class from 2013 - 2014. Gennifer was the cymbal tech for Nomad Indoor in 2018, 2019, and 2024.

She is happy to be back working with Nomad again as well as managing Nomad's marketing operations! ​
